The Westside Family Resource and Empowerment Center and the Westside Regional Center, in collaboration with local community partners, invite you to attend the 2025 Transition Fair—a one-stop event dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families as they prepare for life beyond school.
Held in person on May 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this annual fair will feature a wide range of booths, workshops, and resources focused on:
